After-Sales Service Policy for Custom Pet Products
Thank you for choosing our custom pet products! We’re committed to providing high-quality service and a great experience for every customer. Below is our after-sales service policy for custom pet portraits, leather carvings, and wool felt products:

1.Pet Portraits:** Custom paintings in various styles such as oil or watercolor.
- Pet Leather Carvings:** Handmade art pieces crafted from genuine leather.
- Pet Wool Felt Creations:** Handcrafted 3D models or accessories made from wool.
- After-Sales Service Policy
a.Issue Resolution
If your product has the following issues caused by production or shipping, we will provide repair or replacement services based on the specific situation:
*Pet Portraits:** Damage to the artwork, significant stains, or noticeable color distortion.
*Leather Carvings:** Cracks on the leather, warped designs, or uneven dyeing.
*Wool Felt Products:** Loose structures, detached components, or major deviations in shape.
Solutions: Free repair or adjustment.
If repair isn’t possible, we’ll arrange for a replacement after receiving the returned item (photos of the issue are required).
- Modification Requests
*Pet Portraits and Leather Carvings:
Once the product is finished, we’ll send you photos of the final piece. If you’d like minor
adjustments (e.g., color tweaks or slight refinements), we’ll make the changes for free.
*Wool Felt Products:
Due to material limitations, structural modifications are not available, but small
adjustments can be negotiated.
Note:
Modification requests must be within the scope of the original design. Major design changes or complete redesigns are not included.
- Non-After-Sales Adjustments
For customer-initiated changes (e.g., preference changes), we offer paid modification services. Costs will depend on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
- Service Timeline
*Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for any after-sales concerns.
*Review and processing usually take 3-5 business days, depending on the specific case.
