Please make use of the scheduling and shipping timelines given to you at checkout to figure out your final “expected” delivery date. For most orders, it usually takes 1-2 months for scheduling and production. Shipping times differ by country or region, but they won’t go beyond 15 days.

We’ll be in touch with you all the time during the order process, and you can make a few small adjustments to the painting. We do our best to make every product to your liking.

If there’s a problem with your order (like needing new pet photos), please understand that this will make the production time longer.

We might offer “skip-the-line art creation” in certain cases. This shipping option can speed up the process of creating your art because we’ll move your pet photo to the front of our artist’s queue. But it won’t make the courier delivery time faster.

All orders are sent out with a tracking number, and you’ll get the tracking number via email as soon as it’s available.

Please be aware that there might be delays during holiday times (November/December) because our couriers might face a big increase in the number of packages to deliver.
